Powder-coated steel tiles attach to the fully insulated aluminum-framed base panel. The powder coated finish can be custom matched to existing paint standards and the surface is durable, reducing the need for maintenance and wall protection. The non-porous surfaces are easy to sanitize and ​ resistant to healthcare cleaning protocols. Monolithic tiles up to 9’ in height eliminate unnecessary horizontal seems.​

Steel tiles are also magnetic, which presents an opportunity to affix many fixtures with magnets versus conventional attachment methods. This enables unprecedented ease of installation and relocation of many standard exam room fixtures, reducing the need to deface panel tiles at anchorage points.​

Should a tile become damaged, or a different surface material be desired, the panel can be replaced in a matter of minutes with no mess, rather than the multiple steps required to repair drywall; and all tile components are recyclable.
