Insidesource developed an option for non-defacing off-module panel connections that allow perpendicular wall connections without a post, or a modular panel reveal, reducing the number of panel sizes needed in the overall modular kit-of-parts.​

This option can simplify aesthetics by eliminating a vertical seam where a demising wall intersects only one side of a wall panel. With this method a demising wall can be added to subdivide an existing room without disrupting the perpendicular elevation to create a modular attachment point for the new wall. Or, when a demising wall connected with an off-module panel connection is removed, a seamless panel can span the former intersection of the perpendicular elevation.​

Off modular panel connections can be utilized in instances where a toilet evacuation pipes requires a double wall chase, so a seamless tile can be preserved at the interior of the adjacent room.
