Toilet room are a special subset kit-of-parts to the larger modular solution. The toilet room kit-of-parts is designed to move as a full assembly within a reconfiguration scenario, whereas other panels are designed to be fully interchangeable throughout most of the clinical spaces.​

The toilet is fully floor supported and the modular panel behind the toilet is unique; it accommodates all vertical routing for the toilet water supply pipe and low voltage box and conduit for auto-flush sensor. This panel and other adjacent panels are all also designed with internal backing to provide adequate support for ADA grab bars.​

The vacuum plumbing evacuation pipe that services the toilet is accommodated within a chase created with an off-module panel connection. Tiles are omitted from panels on the interior of this chase. The modular chase provides an opportunity for dual insulation to dampen the sound and vibration of the toilet flush. The evacuation pipe for the toilet is not integrated into the modular panel and is provided by the plumbing trade.​
