Beyond is a unitized demountable partition system; the floor-to-ceiling wall panels arrive at site with utilities and acoustic seals integrated and final finishes already attached. This represents a significant consolidation of trades and presents an opportunity for schedule compression.​

In-panel power and data conduits and junction boxes are pre-installed at the factory and tiles are ported for j-box access; electrical and low-voltage connections are made above the ceiling grid by the project electrician that will also furnish switches, outlets and covers plates.​

Panel-integrated pipes for vacuum plumbing are installed offsite and onsite connections are made by the authorized trade.​

Steel tiles attach to a fully insulated aluminum-framed base panel. This assembly has an STC consistent with conventional insulated drywall construction, so there is no acoustic compromise with a modular build.
